Just Do It

Just did it!

This is so true! Wake up and start a new positve habit. It will change your life. Over the past two years I let my diet exercise routine slip. I was feeling like junk visiting my doctor and he put a scare into me. I now wake up and find the extra time in my day to exercise and seek out the right foods. I am proud to say that I am almost back to my fighting weight (and I feel better).

My incredible mother-in-law made Simon some bowties from extra fabric she had around the house.  We were so excited to get them (cause DAMN, do I love a man in a bowtie…regardless of what David Sedaris’s has to say on the matter), that Mama H. sent over a photo of her creations.

It looks like I am not the only fan of the bowtie.  Bailey (the dog) seems extra keen on this statement piece too!
