Happy ST. Patrick’s Day from south of I-10. McGuire’s is a fine Irish establishment that my I used to frequent when I was an instructor at the Navy’s Aviation Officer Candidate School. I would say it holds a soft spot in my heart but it would be more realistic to say it has a chunck of my liver.
